The Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream is a lightly scented super creaming product that contains 750 mg of full-spectrum industrial hemp inside each 2.5 fl oz bottle. It doesn’t contain much alcohol (it is way down towards the bottom of the ingredients list), so it pleasantly sits on top of your skin for several minutes, helping the natural product to soften and moisturize your skin.

A band of brothers creating seed-to-store hemp products
Charlotte’s web carries full-spectrum CBD that can be purchased in the US, Canada, and Brazil, and they do have some retailers in Europe that will ship to European countries. Headquartered in Colorado, in 2018, the company planted over 675,000 tons of industrial hemp for its products. All of Charlotte’s Web hemp is a proprietary strain of industrial hemp crossbred with marijuana. The company recently received a 98 percent score on its cGMP audit, contributing to its reputation for quality and consistency in products. Charlotte’s Web is also US Hemp Authority Certified.
A natural topical CBD supplement
The Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream is made from a CO2-extracted full-spectrum hemp product that is added to a creamy lotion containing all-natural ingredients like aloe, coconut oil, arnica, and shea butter. It also includes Vitamins B5 and E and apricot kernel oil to help with common dry skin conditions.
Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream
Like all Charlotte’s Web products, the Hemp Infused Cream is third-party-tested, with an included QR code on the package and a batch number that is cleverly hidden on the crimped portion of the container. It comes in a 2.5 oz tube and is a very creamy, white, lightly-scented product. Because it is a natural product without alcohol, it doesn’t rub right in but sits on top of your skin to help enhance the skin-softening properties.

What do the lab results say about Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream?
Charlotte’s Web uses Botanacor Services to perform its third party tests. Each batch could be different, so be sure to check the batch number on each order to ensure consistency between products. Finding the batch number, if you misplace the packaging slip, can be a hassle since it’s not labeled as such on the bottle. I actually had to contact the support desk to locate my batch number because I couldn’t find it / didn’t understand the packaging.
With some help from the support desk, I found out that the batch number is located on the crimped portion of the container. Here’s the secret though, you do not include all the digits, just the first five, before the space in digits. This was seriously confusing and took me quite a bit of time to understand, which I didn’t like. My batch number was therefore “K8015” and using that code on the website, the analysis showed no detectable THC or THC-A, which makes this product legal inside European countries, as well.
The test results don’t disclose any terpene profiles or the exact amount or type of cannabinoids in the product. The biggest thing I noticed about the test results (other than how incredibly difficult it was to hunt down), was how little the test results revealed. Yes, I am glad that the product meets the US and European limits for THC, however, I feel like the company should be a bit more forthcoming with the other compounds found within the product and whether or not any pesticides were present inside the plant when processed. I also think there has to be a better way to have clients find the test results than this current system.
Using Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream
I receive this product in bulk for my studio, so the packaging may be slightly different than for single orders. The Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream comes without an additional box. The tubes don’t come individually wrapped in a box, nor do they have a clear seal over the lid. Instead, there is a silver safety seal over the dispensing area to show that it is brand new. When you first open the scented tube, you’ll notice that, yes, it is scented, but it is very faint, and I don’t think overly feminine. The ingredients list menthol, but I don’t smell any of that either. When you go to apply, you’ll notice that it is brilliant white, and comes out of the bottle smoothly. A little goes a LONG way, so I wouldn’t do more than a pea size, depending on the area.
The front of the label has an image of the Rocky Mountains, with the total amount of CBD inside the container prominently displayed on the front, about midway down.
What to expect with your first hemp-infused cream by Charlotte’s Web
The first time you apply the Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream, you’ll notice that it slides easily over the skin and it’s actually quite nice how it stays on top of the skin for a little while, especially when you plan on rubbing the affected area. This isn’t exactly ideal if you’re putting it somewhere prominent like your hands, because it could leave you feeling greasy at first. Since I mainly use this on my elbows and feet (the super dry and sometimes painful parts) I appreciate this extra long time to provide moisture to my skin.
After almost one year of using Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream
Here it is, almost one year since I was first introduced to the Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream and I have to admit, I really like this product. It feels a lot like the heavier hand creams my grandmother used to always have on hand. It definitely helps with the rough patches, but more importantly, within about 30 minutes of application, I notice the difference in my feet, which is key when you’re chasing around an active little boy. I like the light scent, and I appreciate that it’s very faint, and not menthol smelling at all. My husband even uses it on occasion when he has a rough patch or achy spot, so it’s not too feminine a scent for men.
Things to look forward to when you purchase your first Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream
You are gonna love how this cream helps your rough patches. You will also love how you can actually use this cream as a massage aid over those achy spots because it does leave a creamy surface for several minutes after you use it. A little goes a long way with the Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream, so this product will last you for several uses. One application lasts me several hours, and since I use it on my feet, by the time I get up and moving, usually, the achiness is gone ‘till the next day. With 750 mg of CBD inside the 2.5 oz tube (which would be close to 75 ml), you get a lot of CBD for your money.
What you need to be prepared for with the Charlotte’s Web Hemp Infused Cream
This product is THICK. I mean, like really thick, so if you are used to more oil-based lotions, you may not like how creamy it feels. Since it doesn’t dry quickly, you may not like the residue that stays on top of your skin for several minutes after you apply it. Another thing to remember is that if you want to read the analysis reports you have to keep the package slip because the batch number is not on the tube of the cream itself. Having to save and/or find the batch number really seems like it’s adding an additional step for the consumer versus just providing a QR code that goes directly to the results, which, frankly, is super annoying.
